Monday on TJ Radio: 9/11 truth voices Ian Fantom, Joel Hirschhorn

Truth Jihad Radio Mon. 3/14/11, 1-3 pm Central, American Freedom Radio (archived here.) Call-in number: (402) 237-2525 or post your questions to my Facebook page.
First hour: Ian Fantom of Berkshire (UK) 9/11 Truth. From his latest Newsletter: “We are in an information war and we are losing that war.” This startling admission came on March 2 from US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in a statement to a US Foreign Policy Priorities committee meeting, in which she was defending her departmental budget. But who did “we” mean? Not the US people, according to Alex Jones of Infowars.com in an interview with Max Keiser in Russia Today. “The American people realise that the American Media doesn’t speak for us and is being used to propagandise not just us but the world”, he said. “The fight is on. The alternative media is winning.” “Al Jazeera is winning”, said Hillary Clinton, “The Chinese have opened up a global English language and multi-language television network, the Russians have opened up an English language network”. In October last year, the chairman of the US Broadcasting Board of Governors stated that his organisation needs to fight its “enemies”. And among those “enemies” are Iran’s Press TV, China’s CCTV and Russia Today. (Global Research). Yet overwhelmingly I notice that coverage of the US by Russia Today is coming not from Moscow, but from the truth movement and the alternative media in the US itself. On November 17 last year, Alex Jones told Max Keiser that as from about two years ago, people trust alternative media more than they trust mainstream media, and more people now get their news from alternative media than they do from old-line corporate media. “The trend is accelerating”, he said, “They’re losing more and more credibility in the polls.” (http://rt.com/programs/keiser-report/keiser-alex-jones-banks/ – from 16:50 mins in video). Al Jazeera was quite pleased at Hillary Clinton’s admission that people turn to them to get the “real news”. So if the US truth movement is making such headway in the US, why can’t we in the UK?

Second hour: Joel Hirschhorn, Professor of Metallurgical Engineering, University of Wisconsin, Madison 1965 – 1978; Senior Staff Member, Congressional Office of Technology Assessment 1978 – 1990; author, Delusional Democracy and other books. Check out his latest article, “Why So Many Americans Hate Obama.”

As a former U.W. Metallurgical Engineering prof, who happens to be an eloquent, acerbic truth-speaker and democracy activist who always calls it the way he sees it, Joel is an ally in my current attempt to focus the University of Wisconsin’s attention on 9/11 truth and academic freedom, timed to coincide with Richard Gage’s upcoming appearance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison this April 7th.

The first time he came on my radio show, Joel hadn’t yet looked into the 9/11 controlled demolition issue. I urged him to devote some time to it, and he did — above and beyond the call of duty. After a serious perusal of the evidence, he was convinced, and became one of the most qualified critics of the “office fires killed three buildings” official conspiracy theory.

One Thought to “Monday on TJ Radio: 9/11 truth voices Ian Fantom, Joel Hirschhorn”

  1. Mr. Hirschhorn kept referring to a "corporate dictatorship" and the corporate media, terms that you often use as well Kevin (especially the corporate media part). And to a certain extent, these terms are correct, although I'd argue it is not the most accurate description of our political system or media. Simply put– we are living in Zionist occupied territory, under a Zionist dictatorship, and the Zionists, many of whom are Jews, own the media (even the "alternative, objective" media).

International criminal Zionism is the major force, the major player, in the field of international relations. Zionism has infiltrated and come to dominate any and all other players in the international and domestic arena of politics. Especially in the US, but other Western countries as well. We should focus on that, however politically incorrect it may be.
